our 4th

since the 4th was on a sunday this year, we had split celebrations.

the 3rd was the annual eaglewood fireworks that we watch from the taylor residence.

this is lincoln being too lazy to stand up and take a picture with me.

lincoln's brother, chase.

the always fun sparkler painting.

and a pretty darn good photo that i got with my little point and shoot camera.

then on the 5th we went to the salt lake bees game.

never heard of that baseball team?

yeah, they aren't very good....

but it was still fun.

and what's a baseball game without a hotdog?

and another hot dawg?
haha.  lame joke.

gorgeous night.

and an awesome firework display after.

again, little point and shoot.

they were playing "i'm proud to be an American" during the show
and i teared up a little.

i know, i'm a little emotional,

but seriously!!!!

i love being an American!

i love this country.
